November 9.- With the participation of representatives of trade unions, chambers of commerce, entrepreneurs, exporting companies and companies with export potential, the II Meeting of the Exporting SME of the Pacific Alliance was held in Lima, Peru.
The activity organized by the PA Business Council (CEAP), with the support of the Technical Group on SMEs and Entrepreneurship of the Pacific Alliance, aimed to promote the internationalization of MSMEs in the region.
During the meeting, topics related to the sustainability management of SMEs in the Pacific Alliance, digitalization and financial inclusion, e-commerce and artificial intelligence for SMEs were addressed.
Success stories of SMEs exporting goods and services from the countries that make up this mechanism were also presented.
The event was inaugurated by the Minister of Production of Peru, Ana María Choquehuanca, and the Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Juan Carlos Mathews, in their capacity as pro tempore presidency of the mechanism.
